2024 TRI Translation Fellows announced
The Fellowships provide six months of translation coaching with the Melbourne-based Bright Arena to further a translational project, attendance at a training program to help advance their translational development, and automatic acceptance into the TRI Translational Pathways 2024 workshops.
TRI CEO, Professor Scott Bell, said the Fellowships are integral to developing future translational research leaders at TRI.
“The Translation Fellowships enable TRI to provide dedicated training and support for our most promising translational researchers, who we hope will ultimately help improve the well-being of Australians.”

The Translation Fellowships were open to TRI-based mid-career researchers/clinician-researchers, with a Fellowship awarded to researchers within TRI’s partners; The University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Mater Research and Queensland Health.
TRI received nine highly competitive applications for the Fellowships.
