My role is to help grow networks and ensure the companies housed here can access the supports they need to mature their products for market – from introductions to venture capital firms, quality and regulatory checks, tax advice, IP attorneys, or clinical trial providers.
A key focus for me is enabling collaborations and initiatives that promote innovation, acceleration, and integration.

My role is to develop and implement programs to support and enable translational research across the continuum, from discovery to improved patient health outcomes. In particular, I work with early and mid-career researchers and clinicians based at TRI.
I create training and educational opportunities and initiatives to drive collaborations across the broader ecosystem.

My role is to aid and support researcher, clinician, and health consumer collaborations. At TRI, we recognize and celebrate these connections and the opportunities they create.
Specifically, I ensure researchers and clinicians have the right supports when and where they are needed most, through grants, educational and networking programs, and our TRI Affiliates Program.
As well I drive connections between researchers and health consumers ensuring understanding of the ‘lived experience’ is embedded in research practice for improved outcomes.
Scientific Services coordinate research support activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of laboratory and workplace facilities, equipment and resources. Among other things, this dedicated team run TRI building inductions, coordinate equipment training and maintenance, safeguard lab spaces and ensure operational policies and protocols are adhered to. As the human touchpoint for researchers based at TRI, they are a key solution provider to enable the important work conducted at our facilities.
