"If you're a biotech or medtech, innovator or inventor, you have the capacity now to go from incubation through to producing your clinical material for initial trials, to manufacturing the commercial grade material you need for your later stage trials all in one place."

TM@TRI provides an opportunity to for local biomed companies to base their manufacturing here in Queensland rather than needing to go offshore.
TM@TRI will be home to the $280M Translational Science Hub, linking Queensland researchers with Sanofi scientists in France and the US.
The unique global research and development network will initially focus on the evaluation of a new generation of mRNA vaccines and the development of a world-first chlamydia vaccine.
The hub will deliver 200 new highly-skilled science, research and healthcare jobs, along with increased pathways for young people entering the biomedical sector.
