BD FACSDiva

BD FACSDiva software for analysis of flow cytometric data

BD FACSDiva software for analysis of flow cytometric data

The BD FACSDiva software is compatible across many BD cell analysers and sorters and helps users easily index sorting for stem cell and single-cell applications, assisting in streamlining data acquisition and analysis.

Features

Used for analysis of flow cytometric data collected on acquisition/sorter units running FACSDiva in two ways.

  • Experiments can be exported in .xml file format and re-imported into FACSDiva for analysis, maintaining all previously generated plots, gates, hierarchy information and statistical analyses
  • Alternative data in .fcs file format can be imported for analysis by normal means
